Sunway City Berhad (SunCity) is a dynamic and integrated Malaysian property conglomerate and consists of both Property Development and Property Investment divisions. The Group was first incorporated under the name of Sri Jasa Sdn Bhd in 1982 and subsequently, the name was changed to Sunway City Berhad in April 1996. The Group’s successful listing on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia (formerly known as Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange) in May 1996 is a testament to its solid business management and aspiration to evolve even further as an integrated real estate conglomerate.
