TAFSIRAN PENTADBIRAN  
 

Sesuatu projek perumahan telah terhenti aktiviti-aktiviti kerja di tapak projek selama enam (6) bulan atau lebih secara berterusan dalam atau luar tempoh Surat Perjanjian Jual dan Beli (S&P) pertama; atau
   
Petisyen penggulungan telah didaftarkan di Mahkamah Tinggi di bawah Seksyen 218 Akta Syarikat 1965 atau Undang-Undang yang berkaitan; atau

Projek perumahan yang dimajukan oleh syarikat pemaju perumahan telah digulung dan diletakkan dibawah Pegawai Penerima, Likuadator atau Jabatan Insovensi (JIM); atau

Pemaju memaklumkan bahawa tidak berupaya untuk meneruskan kerja secara bertulis kepada Pengawal Perumahan; dan

Disahkan projek terbengkalai oleh Menteri Perumahan dan Kerajaan Tempatan selaras dengan Seksyen 11(1)(ca), Akta Pemajuan Perumahan (Kawalan Dan Pelesenan) 1966 (Akta 118).

  • Antara punca projek perumahan terbengkalai ialah;
  • Masalah aliran kewangan syarikat pemaju;
  • Masalah pertikaian antara tuan tanah dan pemaju;
  • Kajian pasaran tidak dilaksanakan dengan terperinci;
  • Masalah teknikal tapak;
  • Masalah penempatan setinggan; dan
  • Masalah dalaman syarikat.

Housing projects developed by housing developers have been rolled up and placed under the Official Receiver, or the Department of Likuadator Insovensi (JIM), or

The developer said that unable to continue the work in writing to the Controller of Housing and

Confirmed the project being abandoned by the Minister of Housing and Local Government in accordance with Section 11 (1) (ca), the Housing Development (Control and Licensing) Act 1966 (Act 118).
