MERU HILLS BUNGALOWS
Meru Hills Bungalows is a gated-and-guarded bungalow project in Ipoh that will be launched in the June of 2012. This is the latest offering by Para in Meru Hills Development after the completion of Pusat Komersial Meru in 2005 and the well-received Meru Hills Residential Project.
Bungalow Developments in Meru, Ipoh Over the last two decades, the Meru region of Ipoh has witnessed several significant and successful ‘bungalow-lot’ development projects that have transformed Meru into a much sought after residential location particularly for those seeking bungalows.
Meru Valley Golf Resort is a well-known resort development that combined a 27-hole golf course with mixed residential development dominated by bungalow-lots. Meru Heights, a bungalow-lot development project by Perbadanan Kemajuan Negri Perak (PKNP) around 1989, has since become one of the largest bungalow communities in Ipoh.
Around 1997, PKNP launched a smaller bungalow-lot development project, Puncak Meru just next to Meru Heights.
This was followed by another bungalow-lot development project known as Bukit Meru Jati situated off the right side of Jalan Jelapang from the direction of Silibin.
