Features:

Eligibility:
• Malaysian citizen
• First time home buyer not exceeding 35 years old (age next birthday is 36 years or less)
• Owner occupied
• Individual with gross income not exceeding RM3,000/month
• Confirmed employee with minimum employment of 6 months with the same employer
• Monthly payment amount not exceeding 1/3 of monthly income
• Property value of RM100,000 to RM200,000
• Remaining leasehold tenure of at least 60 years (for leasehold property only)
